Sculptor Ian Greensitt creates stunning limited edition Bronze and Silver wildlife sculptures.

Using the lost wax method of casting in metal, no two bronzes are exactly the same, with each piece having its own unique patina colouration.

Ian relies heavily on his life field drawings skills, observing the subjects to be created in their natural habitat where possible.

Drawing from life in sketch books allows an intimate understanding of the sculptural form, character and structure of the chosen subject, prior to the sculpting process beginning.

Ian has travelled to South Africa spending a total of seven months travelling, drawing and observing African wildlife, with time also spent in America and Canada. Ian has just returned from a two week trip to Botswana observing and drawing subjects for his next sculptures.
